Chris Henry represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as privately-owned businesses and public companies, in mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, growth investments, and joint ventures, as well as in equity and debt financings. Clients rely on his experience in a wide range of industries including technology and software, consumer products, professional services, financial services, and publishing and media.

Chris regularly represents NexPhase Capital, Solamere Capital, Sightway Capital, Two Sigma Investments, and CoVenture Group, as well as many of their portfolio companies.

Asset Management

  • Represented Liberty Street Advisors and its affiliates, HRC Portfolio Solutions and HRC Fund Associates, in the sale of assets to Brookfield Asset Management's Public Securities Group, a leading global alternative asset manager with approximately $250 billion of assets under management.
  • Represented AMP, an Australian asset management firm, in an investment in United Capital, a US-based private wealth manager.
  • Represented various owners of Queens Oak Advisors, a private wealth management firm, in an asset sale to MAI Capital, an affiliate of Wealth Partners Capital Group.
  • Represented Symmetry Partners and Apella Capital in various acquisitions of private wealth managers.
  • Represented Medalist Partners a transaction with JMP Credit Advisors, a CLO manager.
