Julia E. Class

Julia Class represents banks, non-bank lenders and other financial institutions in a range of complex financial transactions, including cash flow, asset-based and other secured and unsecured credit facilities to companies in a variety of industries, including retail, technology, sports and healthcare. She also has experience representing banks and corporate borrowers in the financing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate.

Representative Engagements

  • First Eagle Alternative Credit in connection with a $30 million FILO term loan facility to West Marine, an omnichannel supplier and retailer of aftermarket marine products and services.
  • Truist Bank, as agent, in connection with a $730 million delayed draw term loan facility financing the redevelopment of the Climate Pledge Arena, home of the Seattle Kraken, a new NHL expansion franchise.
  • Agent in connection with a $160 million term loan facility financing the acquisition of a grocery store retailer.
  • Agent in connection with a $275 million credit facility for refinancing existing indebtedness and working capital needs of a tire manufacturer.
  • Agent in connection with a $125 million credit facility for discount closeout retailer.
  • Agent in connection with a $154 million term loan facility for a National Hockey League team.
  • Agent in connection with a $100 million credit facility for a National Hockey League team.
  • Agent in connection with a $110 million credit facility in connection with the acquisition of an insurance claims processing provider.
