Jeff Sarasohn advises the portfolio companies of private equity clients on day-to-day legal matters for their businesses. He assists with a wide range of tasks, including employment and equity agreements for management and advisors, general corporate governance, commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and post-closing work. Jeff’s experience and knowledge, as well as his close collaborative relationships with other members of the Private Equity Group, enables him to provide strategic, commercially minded advice and service continuity to clients.
