Johanna Mateo represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions.
During law school, Johanna served as a legal intern for the New England Justice Center. Prior to law school, she worked as communications coordinator for an education advocacy non-profit.
