Taylor Hobbs

Taylor Hobbs represents banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions in a range of complex financial transactions, and has experience working with clients across a variety of industries.

During law school, Taylor served as a research assistant to Professor Hillary Farber, as well as a judicial intern to the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.

  • PNC Bank, National Association as the Administrative Agent for a DIP Financing arrangement totaling $550 million provided to Big Lots, Inc. and its subsidiaries in its Chapter 11 case in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
  • Eclipse Business Capital LLC as agent in a $100 million asset-based credit facility to Kent Outdoors, an industry-leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation equipment.
