I had been working at a large law firm that was based out of Boston for a little more than six years when I made the move to Choate. The transition was similar to the extent that I moved from one large firm to another, but I could tell immediately that this is a very different law firm culture, which was probably one of the biggest things that attracted me to Choate.
Recent Lateral
When I decided to move to Boston, I was intent on finding a firm that would provide an opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes cases like the ones I worked on in New York but also allow me more latitude to take on responsibility sooner. Choate was attractive because it offered the best of both worlds.
