Choate earned high rankings in Benchmark Litigation’s 2025 annual survey of the top attorneys and law firms in the United States, including naming Choate a “highly recommended” Massachusetts dispute resolution law firm and twelve attorneys “Litigation Stars.”

Benchmark Litigation is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States. Many of the firm’s attorneys were listed in multiple categories, including Sam Rudman as a “40 & Under” and Sophie Wang as a “Future Litigation Star.”
