Chambers HNW 2019 Names Choate a Top Firm for Private Wealth Law
Chambers High Net Worth (HNW) 2019 has recognized Choate as a top firm for Private Wealth Law in Massachusetts. According to the Guide, Choate is “a very strong firm… [with] a very good trust and estates practice - one of the top… such a powerhouse" and that “[t]heir work, both as counsellors and as technical practitioners, is unfailingly superb."
"Four Choate lawyers were also singled out in the Guide – Nan Giner, Bill Lowell, Brian Monnich, and Jennifer Snyder. Giner was praised as being “terrific: very bright, thorough and careful in understanding what it is her clients are trying to accomplish…she really hits the nail on the head." Lowell was described as “…very well-known and quite renowned…a terrific lawyer" and "one of the leaders of the trust and estates Bar for a long time." Monnich, a recent newcomer to the list, was hailed as “…one of the rising stars of the Boston area” and as a lawyer who is “…very clued in with assets abroad. He can deal with clients who might be a citizen in Brazil, who has trusts in New Zealand and another trust in Switzerland. He knows what to do." Snyder is lauded as a "very accomplished trust and estates lawyer, but more importantly has terrific real-world judgement and she's very good at working with clients: understanding what they need and how to deliver it to them."
