Choate was privileged to provide IP diligence counsel to BioNTech in support of its recent acquisition of InstaDeep. The companies have described this acquisition as building on a successful track record of increasing collaboration between them, and as enabling creation of a fully integrated, enterprise-wide capability to discover, design and develop next-generation immunotherapies at scale by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies across BioNTech’s therapeutic platforms and operations.
