Choate Elects New Partner in Real Estate Practice

Today Choate announced the election of Adam Zaiger as its newest income partner. Adam, a member of Choate’s Real Estate practice, helps sophisticated developers, investors, lenders, governmental authorities, and private institutions successfully navigate their real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing transactions. With more than 30 years of experience across all real estate asset classes, he also frequently represents Choate’s private equity clients in connection with their M&A activity and assists the Firm’s high net worth clients with their real estate investment needs.
