Choate Private Equity Attorneys Speaking at YPOG PE Legal Conference in Berlin

Shaun Barnes, Kim Kaplan-Gross and Dan Riley will be speaking at the YPOG Private Equity (PE) Legal Conference in Berlin on June 5, 2024. The conference features international legal and tax experts offering their perspectives on the current state of the private equity market.  

Shaun will be a panelist in the session "Retail investment strategy (RIS): Democratization of investment funds" at 1:45p.m., Kim will serve as moderator for the discussion "Private equity as an asset class: Minority and control GP stakes transactions" at 3:00 p.m., and Dan will be a panelist in the session "Private equity buyout exits: The rising path for VC-backed companies" at 4:15 p.m.
