Choate represented the initial purchasers in connection with a private placement offering of First Mortgage Bonds, 5.50% Series W due 2029 and 5.74% Series X due 2034 by Yankee Gas Services Company, doing business as Eversource Energy, in the aggregate principal amount of $180M. Choate served as designated purchasers' counsel for Yankee Gas Service Company.
