Choate represented the initial purchasers in connection with a private placement offering of First Mortgage Bonds, 5.29% Series W due 2029 and 5.48% Series X due 2034 by NSTAR Gas Company, doing business as Eversource Energy, in the aggregate principal amount of $200M. Choate serves as designated purchasers' counsel for NSTAR Gas Company.
