Choate Represents JPMorgan in NOBULL Acquisition of TB12

Choate represented JPMorgan as Administrative Agent and Lender to NOBULL, a manufacturer of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories, in its acquisition of TB12, Tom Brady’s health and nutrition company. NOBULL will add the TB12 and Brady brands and related wellness and nutrition products to its existing business.
