Choate Represents Underwriting Syndicate in $500m Public Bond Offering by Eversource Energy

Choate recently represented the underwriters, led by Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mizuho and MUFG, in a $500,000,000 public offering of secured first mortgage bonds by Connecticut Light & Power, doing business as Eversource Energy.

This is the seventh transaction Choate has served as designated underwriters' counsel for Eversource Energy and its subsidiaries during the past year.
