Choate Represents U.S. Bank in Chicago Cubs Debt Refinancing

Choate recently represented client U.S. Bank National Association as Administrative Agent and a Lender in connection with a senior secured loan to Chicago Baseball Holdings, LLC, Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC and certain of their affiliates.  The loan consisted of a revolving credit facility and a term loan facility. The proceeds  of the new loans were used to refinance all of the Cubs’ existing indebtedness.
