Dallas Cruz Named in Wonderful Women 2023 by Lawyers of Color

Lawyers of Color (LoC) has named Dallas Cruz in its inaugural listing of “Wonderful Women,” which recognizes dynamic women attorneys from law firms, companies and government agencies who show promise in their careers and demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession. Honorees will be profiled in LoC’s Hot List 2023 Issue and recognized at a reception in Washington, D.C. on July 18, 2023.

Dallas is a partner in Choate’s Private Equity and M&A group representing clients in all aspects of leveraged finance across the market spectrum, including large cap and middle-market deals, representing both the borrowers and lenders in a variety of complex financing transactions. 

LoC, a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities, selected honorees using a two-pronged process, including a review of nominations made by mentors, peers, and colleagues, and researching legal publications to identify candidates with noteworthy accomplishments, giving special attention to those who are active in diversity pipeline initiatives.
