Gordon Brothers Finance Company and Gordon Brothers Complete $40 Million Term Loan to Cherokee Global Brands

Choate represented Gordon Brothers Finance Company in a $40 million refinancing deal to Cherokee Global Brands, a global brand marketing platform that manages fashion and lifestyle brands. The term loan is secured by the company’s intellectual property, including the Cherokee, Hi-Tec, Magnum, Tony Hawk, Sideout and Liz Lange brands.

Cherokee Global Brands is using the loan to refinance its existing debt and increase liquidity.
