Kristen Buteau to Moderate Roundtable on IRA's Impact on Drug Pricing and Patents

Kristen Buteau will moderate the roundtable discussion, "Exploring the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA): Is it Patent Reform?" at the Consero IP Forum for Life Sciences on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. 

The session will take place from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. PST and will cover how the IRA's drug pricing provisions are expected to prompt significant changes in how patents work in the life sciences industry, including:

• The impact of the IRA’s provisions on drug pricing on the life sciences industry and patents
• Potential implicit reforms to the life science patents system included in the IRA
