Marandett and Edgarton moderate at the 2022 IP Law & Management Institute

Eric Marandett and Mark Edgarton will be moderators at the 2022 IP Law & Management Institute on November 6-7 in Lake Tahoe, California.

Eric will moderate the panel, “What Keeps Corporate Counsel Up at Night?” on Sunday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m., discussing the current legal and business topics that are keeping corporate counsel up at night, including protecting or defending IP rights, latest jurisdictional issues, pitfalls to look for in transactional issues, and IP risk management (litigation/IPRs/enhanced damages/and injunctions). On Monday, November 7 at 5:00 p.m., Mark will moderate the Think Tank session, “Protecting Your Trade Secrets from Your Employees: Real-Life Scenarios & Practical Tips.”
