Meteor Learning Acquired by Noodle

Choate represented Meteor Learning, a Certified B edtech corporation and portfolio company of Spring Lake Equity Partners, in its acquisition by Noodle, higher education’s leading strategy, services, and technology partner. This acquisition will bring Meteor Learning’s higher education and employer partners into Noodle’s network and expand its consulting practice to support over 65 top US and UK universities in the challenges and opportunities that higher education faces. In addition, Meteor Learning founders William Rieders and Donna Ritchie will join Noodle’s leadership team and head Noodle’s consulting practice.
