Pathlight Capital Agents $50MM Senior Secured Term Facility for My Alarm Center, LLC

Choate represented Pathlight Capital as agent in its $50MM senior secured term loan facility (“the Term Loan”) to My Alarm Center, LLC, and certain of its affiliates. My Alarm Center, LLC is a national provider of technologically advanced security and smart home automation solutions for residential and small business customers. The Term Loan will be used to refinance the company’s existing credit facility and fund strategic growth opportunities.
