Pathlight Capital Completes $97.5 Million Senior Secured Asset-Based Credit Facility to Black Box Corporation and its Affiliates

Choate represented Pathlight Capital in a $97.5 million senior secured asset-based credit facility with Encina Business Credit, LLC to Black Box Corporation and certain of its U.S., UK and Dutch affiliates. Black Box is a leading digital solutions provider that helps its customers design, build, manage and secure their IT infrastructure. Immediately prior to the funding, global solutions integrator AGC Networks Ltd. successfully completed a tender of a majority of the outstanding stock of Black Box, and subsequently acquired 100% of its stock.
