Sara Frank to Moderate at Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress

Sara Frank will moderate the panel "Qui Tam Declinations—Analysis and Trends When DOJ Declines to Intervene" at the 25th Annual Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress on Tuesday, October 29th at 9:00 a.m.

The panel will analyze allegations, jurisdictions, profile of relators, and the type of claims asserted related to recent declinations, as well as look at some recent outcomes (including settlements) after the government declines to intervene and relators pursue cases.
