Stephanie Schonewald and Michael Shinall Present at IP WatchDog 2023 PTAB Masters

Stephanie Schonewald will moderate the panel, “The Secrets to PTAB Success: Advanced IPR Strategies” with Michael Shinall joining as a panelist at IPWatchDog, Inc. PTAB Masters 2023 on February 1, 2023.

The panel will address two specific advanced strategies, the first dealing with correction of patent claims, including the question of the relevance and the pros and cons of reexamination within the context of the post grant proceeding strategy. The second strategy will discuss the use of experts, specifically the pitfalls of using experts to recreate experiments from references and the use of multiple experts (i.e., one to conduct the experiment and another to interpret the results).
