TrueBridge Capital Partners Raises $190M for Second Fund

Choate represented TrueBridge Capital Partners as it raised $190 million for its second direct venture fund. The new fund, which received commitments from both new and existing investors, will target top-performing venture and growth stage technology companies based largely within the United States, and will continue to complement the firms’ fund-of-funds strategy.
