Ankoor Desai counsels private equity and strategic clients in a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He has experience representing clients in all types of transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies and strategic acquisitions, but has a particular focus on private equity transactions.

In addition, Ankoor assists clients with reviewing executive compensation arrangements that are subject to Code Section 409A, including the preparation of equity incentive plans and associated award agreements.
