Choate represented New Heritage Capital in its strategic partnership with and investment in JA Moody, a maritime supplier of fluid control valves, actuators, strainers, parts and services to the United States Navy and Commercial Marine industry. The investment was structured using New Heritage Capital's Private IPO® solution, which preserves operational control for JA Moody's management while providing capital for accelerated growth. The investment and partnership will assist JA Moody in expanding its footprint nationally and establishing a board with senior industry advisors, while maintaining its core executive team.
