Aspen Schneider
Aspen Schneider represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions.
While in law school, Aspen served as a corporate counsel extern for RA Capital Management LP and as a family law intern for Greater Boston Legal Services. Prior to law school, she worked for several software companies.
