Frank Pustorino
Frank J. Pustorino represents domestic and international fund sponsors across asset classes. He focuses on private investment funds, including venture capital, growth equity, secondary, lower middle market private equity, buyout, and credit funds. He advises clients on structuring, fundraising, ongoing operations and administration, portfolio transactions, upper-tier management arrangements, and regulatory compliance. Frank also represents institutional investors in connection with their participation in different private investment vehicles.
