LFM Capital Raises $307M for Fund III

Choate represented LFM Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market manufacturing and industrial services businesses, on the formation of its $307M third fund. LFM Capital Partners III received strong investor interest from both existing investors in prior funds as well as several new investors with whom the team has cultivated relationships in recent years. LFM’s prior two funds had commitments of $110M and $184M, respectively.
