Yani H. Ngo
Yani Ngo is a member of Choate’s Intellectual Property Litigation group. She represents individuals and corporations, including pharmaceutical companies and universities involved in complex litigation and government investigation.
During law school, Yani served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Denise J. Casper at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Yani worked at a Boston law firm in the commercial litigation department.

- Represented an international pharmaceutical company in a federal investigation.
- Advised a cryptocurrency mining company regarding a contract dispute.
- Assisted pro bono clients through the Lawyers Clearinghouse CORI Sealing Clinic and the New England Innocence Project.
