Guidepost Growth Equity Leads Sale of ActiveViam

Choate represented Quartet Financial Services (aka ActiveViam) and its private equity sponsor Guidepost Growth Equity, in the sale of ActiveViam, a data analytics company that offers a range of analytics and services for financial institutions such as banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. European buyout firm Nordic Capital acquired a majority interest in ActiveViam, which Guidepost first invested in in 2019.
