M/C Partners Completes Acquisition of Bel Air Internet

Choate advised M/C Partners in its acquisition of Bel Air Internet, one of the largest privately owned Internet Service Providers to multi-family and commercial clients in Southern California. Bel Air currently provides services to over 800 buildings in the greater Los Angeles market and when combined with M/C’s recent acquisitions of AerioConnect and Metro Fiber – transactions on which Choate also advised – will be one of the largest ISPs in the region.
