Second Avenue Capital Partners Closes Inaugural Credit Facility

Choate represented Second Avenue Capital Partners, LLC in a senior secured credit facility to Tommie Cooper Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of patented copper-infused compression apparel for everyday wear. The credit facility will be used to fund working capital and enable additional growth opportunities.

This was the first deal that Second Avenue, a lending platform specializing in asset-based loans for the retail and consumer product industry, has closed following its formation in April 2018.
