Kate Lazdowski is Counsel in Choate’s Finance and Restructuring Practice Group. In this role, Kate represents lenders, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of complex financial transactions across a broad range of industries. In addition, Kate is responsible for the F&R Group’s knowledge management initiatives, including developing and managing model documents and resource materials, serving as a source of legal, market, and practical expertise, and supporting the group’s professional development efforts.
