The Beekman Group Invests in Riccobene Associates

Choate recently advised The Beekman Group in its investment in Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, a provider of comprehensive general and multi-specialty dental services with modern, well-appointed dental offices, including several dedicated pediatric and orthodontic practices. Choate led the negotiation of the transaction and financing, and partnered with the Company's counsel to win approval of the transaction from the North Carolina Dental Board.
