TLV Partners Raises $320M for Fourth Fund

Choate represented TLV Partners as it raised $320M for its fourth flagship fund and second opportunity fund. The Tel-Aviv based venture capital firm invests in innovative early-stage Israeli startups, specializing in seed or Series A investments. The fundraise includes $220M for the company’s fourth flagship fund, TLV Partners IV, to back new startups, and 100M for its second opportunity fund, TLV Opportunity II, to support existing portfolio companies and their founders “deeper into their journey.” TLV’s portfolio companies include Israeli AI medical imaging company Aidoc, insuretech firm Next Insurance, and data tech startup Datagen.
