Zentro Acquires Snip Internet

Choate represented Zentro, a portfolio company of M/C Partners, in its acquisition of Snip Internet. Zentro is the Midwest’s fastest growing internet service provider (ISP), and the combined business will represent the largest independent MDU-focused ISP in the region serving 1,200 buildings and 61,000 subscribers in Chicago, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, and Atlanta. This acquisition will enable Zentro to offer a wider range of services and expand its reach, while continuing its mission of providing the best possible internet experience to customers.

 Zentro was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies.
